Subject: Louisville show
I'm a huge Umphrey's fan from Chicago who happened to be in Louisville at the time of the show. My brother and I managed to get in for free too, about ten minutes before they started. I think that Umphrey's has done better shows (NYE 05, which I also attended) when they have the time to jam. It was a good, safe, solid show, but it seemed like they didn't really want to be there.

Umphrey's played with los lonely boys following, the reason for the short 45 minute set. The crowd was mostly kids and adults, and they weren't exactly digging the overture. The band was obviosly tired, having played the night before on the Jimmy Kimmel show out in Cali. A fun show to be at non the less, especially for getting in free.

Notes

total time 42 minutes, part of Non COMM convention.
